Danny McBride to Crash Wedding in New Movie

While we anxiously await the second season of “Eastbound and Down,” Hollywood insiders say Danny McBride is set to star in an upcoming comedy feature written by his “E & A” co-writer, Shawn Harwell. The movie is titled “The Chadster” and is being produced by Todd Phillips of “The Hangover” fame. McBride is set to play an eccentric guy who crashes his childhood friend’s wedding and causes trouble. One critic said the plot could be summarized as Kenny Powers meets Wedding Crashers. If that description is half-true then we can’t wait for this movie.

Eastbound and Down Season 2 Coming Soon

We are anxiously awaiting the 2nd season of “Eastbound & Down,” which has been renewed by HBO for an additional 16 episodes. Filming will take place in North Carolina beginning in April and the new season is due out later this year. Is 2010 the year Kenny Powers makes his glorious return to baseball?

We’d like to thank and honor all of our servicemen and women, active and retired, home and abroad on this Veterans’ Day.

And we have to give a shout out to active duty United States Air Force A1C Brandon Horne and Unit 379 ECES/CEE Force Protection Flight for representing Kenny Powers overseas. Their unit was stationed in Southwest Asia during Halloween, but that didn’t stop them from kicking ass and taking names at the company Halloween party!
